3AF : Tomorrow's transport, which engineers for new ambitions?

Symposium at the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace Save the date!

This symposium is organized by 3AF (Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France) in conjunction with theUniversity of Nanterre and the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace at Le Bourget.

In today's fast-changing environment, tomorrow's transport systems - whether by land, sea or air - are taking shape. These new forms of transport must meet society's expectations in terms of safety and the environment, and deliver a significant reduction inCO2 emissions. The corresponding economic and training requirements must now be very closely associated with ecological advances.

Optimizing the multi-criteria environmental balance over the entire life cycle of vehicles and their components will be an important key to our success, as will the quest for the best possible energy efficiency.

All these ambitions, which are highly motivating for young people and their future, call for multiple advances in tools and working methods, from design to production and maintenance. Two points in particular will be addressed: pre-project management and the quest for simplification.

Manufacturers, instructors, students, official services, etc. will be at the heart of the discussions at the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace at Le Bourget on January 18, 2024.

Registration opens on November 1. Mark your calendars now!
