Wine tasting: Domaine La Valette - Fronton

Born into a family of winegrowers in the Loire Valley, Antoine Rouiller (Ensica 93) went on to study aeronautics, and now works for Airbus engineering.

T hememory of his childhood summers in the vineyards being strong, he developed a winegrowing projectalongside his work at Airbus. He now runs a 3-hectare estate in the Frontonnais region, just outside Toulouse: Domaine La Valette.

We invite you to discover the estate, taste the wines (nibbles are provided during the tasting) and talk to Antoine about his productions and how he manages to reconcile his two passions.
