Appointments - General Franck Chatelus has succeeded General Jean-Michel Guilloton as Ensoa's Commandant.

Since September 14, General Franck Chatelus has succeeded General Jean-Michel Guilloton as Commandant of the École nationale des sous-officiers d'active, Commander of the Poitiers-Saint-Maixent Defence Base and Departmental Military Delegate for the Deux-Sèvres region.Commandant of the Poitiers-Saint-Maixent defense base, and departmental military delegate for the Deux-Sèvres region.

General Chatelus, 57, married with five children, graduated from the École spéciale militaire in Saint-Cyr, where he chose the infantry. He then served in regiments, military academies and various headquarters, assuming a wide variety of functions and missions. He is also a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (SUPAERO) and the Ecole de Guerre.
