The current geopolitical situation is witnessing a kind of trivialization of the massive use of weapons in more or less nearby theaters. Against this backdrop, how and with what resources should France strengthen its defense and armed forces? Thomas GASSILLOUD is at the heart of these issues with the latest military programming law, and will share his vision.

Deputy since June 18, 2017, for the tenth constituency of Rhône,Thomas Gassilloud sits in the La République en marche group, before taking part in the founding of the Agir ensemble group in May 2020.
He was re-elected deputy in the second round of legislative elections on June 19, 2022, obtaining 65.31% of the vote, and on June 30, 2022 became chairman of the National Assembly's Defense Committee.
