The Executive Committee is elected by the Board of Directors for a one-year term. The Chairman may not be re-elected for more than three consecutive terms.
The Executive Committee examines issues submitted to the Board of Directors and ensures that its decisions are implemented. It reports on its actions to the Board of Directors at least once every six months. It manages the Association's budget and staff in accordance with decisions taken by the Board of Directors.It manages and controls the Association's permanent staff.
