ISAELLES is an association of men and women from ISAE-SUPAERO who share a common goal: to encourage young women to study science and break down gender stereotypes.
The club's aim is simply to promote women in scientific circles; it all started with the observation that the male/female ratio is rarely balanced in the hard sciences, particularly in engineering circles.
To try and remedy this, we have two main actions:
>> Intervention in schools to combat self-censorship among young people.
>> Organization of days during which girls from partner schools are invited to visit the campus and talk with students and professionals.
