A new governance structure for the SAFE cluster

TheSAFE Cluster, a competitive cluster focused on the Aerospace, Security & Safety, Defense and Environment (risks & resilience) sectors, has renewed its governance and appointed Benoît Hancart (Thales Alenia Space) as Chairman, succeeding Riadh Cammoun.

The SAFE competitiveness cluster has renewed its governing bodies for a 3-year term, and set up a new Board of Directors representative of its activities and the diversity of its members. Based in the South of France, the cluster covers four sectors: Aeronautics, Space, Security and Defense. It brings together over 500 members.

Meeting on October 20, the new members of the Board of Directors elected the members of the Executive Board, made up of 17 members, divided into 6 colleges...

...At the end of the meeting, the Board of Directors appointedthe elected members of the Executive Board:

• Chairman: Thales Alenia Space, represented by Benoît Hancart ;
• Vice-Chairman: Diginove, represented by Michel Benet;
• Vice-Chairman: Icare, represented by Patrick Joubert;
• Treasurer: Team Henri Fabre, represented by Stéphane Magana;
• Secretary: Soditech, represented by Madenn Caillé.
